Banana Oatmeal Bread (for Bread Machine)
Ingredients
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 2 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cup oats
- 1 2/3 cup bread flour
- 2 teaspoon yeast
Instructions
This is for a medium size loaf. Use fully ripened bananas and adjust dough consistency with water if necessary. Banana flavor is stronger when this bread is toasted. Use Sweet or Basic Cycle
