"Sausage and Peppers is one of my husband's favorite meals, and honestly it's a big hit with the whole family. Sausage and peppers is also a super simple meal to make, especially when you do it all on one sheet pan. We stuck to the basics with ours (because sausage + peppers = YUM), but you could totally fancy it up with other vegetables or spices if you like! M'mm... nom nom nom!"

My mouth was watering just looking at this One Pan Sausage and Peppers recipe. I just had to make it that night for dinner, and I am so glad I did. I turned it into a real treat for the kids by serving it on crispy hero rolls with potato chips on the side. I also added a tossed green salad so it was officially dinner. I love this recipe. It's fun, and versatile, and so easy to make on a weeknight.

This was so tasty that we simply could not stop eating it. We used chorizo sausage, spicy and delicious, because that is what we had. I also used fresh garlic (instead of powdered) plus added a little chopped chili. The children thought it was the best meal ever and wanted to know when we would be having it again so I guess it was a hit!
