I have been searching for a ginger snap recipe, so I was really happy to come across this one today. Who doesnt love gingersnaps and milk? These cookies are rolled in sugar before baking. I think I prefer mine without the extra sugar, but the kids would likely enjoy them this way even more.

Made these , they are awesome ,didn't roll them in sugar, a keeper for sure

Delicious and easy!
