First off, anything with bacon cannot be half bad. I was wondering if you had tried making these and dipping them in ranch dressing. I love the combination of bacon, chicken, ranch, and cheese. I think I would leave out the mushroom if I were to use them as a dipping meal, but they sound heavenly.

This is such an elegant and impressive chicken recipe, a welcome change from the same ol' breaded chicken kiev or cordon bleu stuffed breasts I see all the time. The bacon really does a great job at keeping the stuffing in, while also keeping it moist and flavorful. Serve with some roasted potatoes on the same sheet pan, and you've got a delicious complete meal!

Cheese and mushrooms stuffed inside a bacon covered chicken breast is a whole lotta flavor going on. You would not even need a side. This could be your whole meal. You don't want to use the small frozen chicken breasts for making these. If they are frozen, but larger it will work. But, the ones that are flat won't.

Wow, how utterly delectable this chicken looks. I like things you can just put in the oven and leave to cook as they are no trouble. Then you can do other things whilst you wait for it to cook. This chicken looks very succulent. I'm sure it's going to taste luscious. It will seem as if you are a professional chef.

Oh my, these look sooo good! They look like something that would be an expensive entree at an expensive restaurant. I can't wait to make them. My husband will love the addition of bacon to a chicken recipe.
