Hot chocolate flavored cheesecake? Are you kidding me? I thought I had heard it all when I seen a peppermint cheesecake recipe. Now I have to make two new desserts because I am not passing up the chance to try this fun recipe. Does it go best with a mug of hot chocolate or a cup of coffee?

Between the marshmallow fluff and the hot cocoa mix with mini marshmallows in it, this cheesecake is deluxe. Plus, it's no bake, which makes it even more desired in the summer months. I bet it would taste great with some espresso powder in there, too!
