This casserole has all the flavors of a fully loaded baked potato, but is in the form of baked mashed potatoes. This dish is also extra cheesy with the addition of Provolone. For this recipe, I would use lite sour cream, skim milk, reduced sodium chicken broth, and reduced fat cheddar cheese. This casserole should be enjoyed by everyone.
