I have made a variation of this recipe for years! It is so good and easy. It is a wonderful way to use up turkey or chicken leftovers. Something I like to do is buy rotisserie chickens when I see them on sale and then put the meat directly into portioned freezer bags to make quick weeknight meals. You can totally bulk up this pasta with whatever veggies you might have in your fridge or freezer. It is really good served with a quick greens salad. A great recipe.

This recipe is a perfect way to use up leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. I love that it is so easy to make and how quick it is to put together. You are likely to be recovering the next day anyway. Thanks for the idea ahead of the crazy holiday season!
