I have never made stuffed peppers, but this casserole looks like the perfect recipe to start! So easy to follow, and such a short ingredient list. I am looking for more budget friendly recipes that are also different from the foods we normally eat in my house. We are all tired of the same handful of recipes all the time, so this would be a great change.
