I've always hesitated to make my own cinnamon rolls; I typically opt for the store-bought cans. But why not try to make my own! I bet they'd be much yummier.

In step one of "Cinnabon Copycat" recipe. Most recipes tell you to punch down the dough after it rises. How com your recipe does not?
