Kaiser Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • water to make 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tb sugar
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tb gluten powder
  • 1 1/2 ts yeast

Instructions

Use dough cycle or a mixer with dough hook. Let rise triple in size. Punch down, form rolls, let rise triple. Score tops in a cross. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. BTW, I let my dough rise in a very warm oven around 120F.
