- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water

Anything baked with apples or apple flavor is good to me! I love apple pie and apple bakes in the fall. I can make this any time of year. It will make a good breakfast or dessert bread.
