You use a chicken flavor Ramen to make beef noodles? I know my kids love Ramen. My oldest son is into making traditional Japanese dishes, and he makes a Ramen with a sunny side up egg and a ton of spices. It tastes really good, but it takes him a while to cook it. It is not a simple heat and eat dish.

this my all time favorite lazy meal. All college students swear by ramen noodle and cola but i love how we make this recipe work. it takes minutes to make and tastes go for a non fatty ground beef and for vegans maybe just the vegetables and cheese

in stead of the seasoning packets, replace the water with lower sodium and fat free chicken broth. will try it this way.

It would be nice if these recipes included alternate seasoning choices since the noodle seasoning packets are too high in sodium for a lot of people.

Our grocery store doesn't seem to carry the mushroom ramen. Any substitution suggestions?

how about other recipes using ramen noodle packs?
