A really filling and tasty dish. Our Sunday night meals are always a casual thing so we made this Hungry Hobo Beans dish and had it with fresh salad greens from the garden. It's also really quick and easy to make. There's no fuss in the prep and so I think it's also a good meal for a week night after a busy day.

I love this - the beans were nice and sweet and this was so hearty!
