Easy Thanksgiving Appetizer – Cheese & Sausage Platter

"I can’t believe Thanksgiving is just one week away! This year has flown by so fast, it seems to have just come and gone! I’m gearing up for our family Thanksgiving this year. For the first time in many years, we will not be having Thanksgiving at our house. We will actually be traveling to the area that we used to live in, which is just over a 30-minute drive. Our Thanksgiving will be potluck style, where everyone will bring something. Since we do have a long drive, I cannot bring anything that requires staying warm or staying cold. My options are pretty slim! I told my husband’s aunt that I would bring some appetizers and a dessert. Knowing the kind of things that my kids and brothers like to snack on during the holiday gatherings, I thought a Cheese & Sausage Platter would be perfect! I used Hillshire Farm Beef Summer Sausage, Pepperjack Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese."
