Whatever the reason, I love using cast iron as serveware for casual gatherings. This Baked Spinach Dip is truly a crowd-pleaser – we rarely (if ever) have leftovers to worry about. Aside from the flavor, another bonus to this recipe is how easy it is to make. It’s literally one of those “mix it all up in a bowl” type of recipes.
