Spains Best-kept White Bean Stew Pochas A La Navarra Recipe
"This bean stew, known as pochas a la Navarra, is Spain’s best-kept white bean stew. It’s filled with flavors, made with simple heart-healthy ingredients, and done in under 30 minutes. Serve it next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of Spanish wine for a heartwarming and delicious meal. To make this recipe, I used jarred white beans. Which are the same thing as the canned ones. The beans I used are pochas fescas, which are haricot beans. If you can’t find them in your area, you can use any other type of white beans. If you prefer dried, just soak the beans in plenty of water overnight, and then simmer them the following day for 1 to 2 hours or until tender."
