Creamy Chicken And Potato Soup

"A rich and creamy potato soup made with bone-in chicken thighs, russet potatoes, fresh garlic, and yellow onion. Bone-in chicken thighs are simmered with the onion and garlic until tender then shredded. The potatoes are cooked in the chicken cooking liquid until tender and pureed then the shredded chicken is stirred back in with the potatoes and the soup is finished with a touch of heavy cream.
