"These spicy Lebanese potatoes, known as batata harra, are possibly the best spicy taters I have ever tasted. They’re filled with flavors, above and beyond easy to make, and all done in about 30 minutes. Serve them as a tapas appetizer or even as a side dish next to some grilled fish. To make this recipe, it’s important to use potatoes that are a bit more waxy than starchy. As they hold their shape better when being boiled. I used yukon golds, but you can also use new potatoes, golden delight, or even red potatoes."
