My mama LOVED stuffed peppers.  Me?  I wasn't a fan.  Just digging into the whole pepper was a bit daunting for me, as a not-so-much-lover on green peppers. This dish has all the ingredients of stuffed peppers, but, in skillet form!
Plus, your whole dinner is cooked up in one big pan.  My favorite way to make dinner!
