Baked Bola Bola (filipino Pork Meatballs)

"These crispy baked Filipino-style meatballs are easy to make and are ready in about 30 minutes. The meatballs are a mix of ground pork, onion, carrot, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and soy sauce which are then rolled and baked in the oven. This recipe serves roughly 3 people and takes 30 minutes to prep and cook. Traditionally these meatballs are served with a banana ketchup, but would also go great with a sriracha dipping sauce and/or steamed rice."
