Amaretto Almond Cream Cheese Cake

Notes

Cook the cake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After this time is up, turn the oven OFF, but keep the cake inside the oven for another hour to 2 hours, or until the cake jiggles a bit in the middle when you shake the pan.
