They are best eaten within a week. Freezing: Yes, you can freeze these. Let them cool completely, then, freeze in a freezer safe/covered container or storage bag. They will be good for a couple of months. Toppings: I topped ours with a little brown sugar and additional mini chocolate chips. This is optional, but, it does give them a little extra something! "
