Spanish Black Beans And White Rice Traditional Moros Y Cristianos Recipe
"These Spanish black beans and white rice, known as moros y cristianos, are one of Spain’s most historic dishes. As it represents when the Moors were expelled from the Iberian Peninsula in 1492. And I tell you, this dish is filled with flavors, super easy to make, and done in a little over 30 minutes. To make this recipe, I used canned black beans, just to make things quicker and easier. If you prefer, you can use dried black beans. Just soak them in plenty of water overnight. Then simmer them the following day for 1 to 2 hours or until they’re just tender."
