Provoleta
"Provoleta is a popular Argentinian appetizer that consists of baked provolone cheese. It is slightly golden brown on the top and gooey delicious on the inside. Seasoned with Oregano and a pinch of red chili flakes, olive oil, and minced garlic. This is an appetizer that any cheese lover is going to adore! Provoleta is an Argentine variant of a provolone cheese snack and is sometimes described as “Argentine pulled-curd provolone cheese”. You can heat it on a grill or indoors on a stove top, but it is usually cooked in a small cast-iron pan. The cheese is firm and can hold its shape when grilled."
