  • 3 cup sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)

Bisquick Peach Cobbler Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine peaches, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest,and lime zest.

  3. Mix together bisquick, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add mixture to baking pan. Pour fruit on top of the bisquick mixture. Do not stir.

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
