I am so excited to try making these! We love larabars and since I prefer making everything from scratch, this is wonderful! The recipe looks simple enough and only uses a few ingredients. These are perfect to pack in a lunch box, as a snack or even with a cup of tea. They are great when you are craving something sweet but want something healthy. As the author suggests, it would be fun to try different flavour combinations like the other larabars. Yum!
