And let me tell you, this salad is packed with the most incredible flavors, we´re talking sweet & savory goodness, it´s easy to make and it all comes together in about 30 minutes. This salad hails from the beautiful province of Malaga, where my mother was born. It´s typically served chilled on a hot summers day, but you can also serve it at room temperature.
