My goodness, This is like a rainbow in a bowl! If this salad tastes as great as it looks, it is sure to be a big crowd pleaser. Since the dressing is vinaigrette rather than mayonnaise based, it is perfect for outdoor summer barbeques and picnics when the weather is hot. It will keep for a long time, but I bet it won't be around for long!

I love raw vegetables. This salad sounds so awesome, I definitely want to make it. I'm also loving these new colorful vegetables. You get the same with carrots too. I think the addition of carrots, onions and peppers will bring the salad to another level of flavor. I think I will like this!

I love cauliflower salad. This is pretty simple and you can add other fresh veggies if you would like. It makes a nice side dish and goes great with grilled chicken. This is also great if you are following a low carb diet. You could easily double it to take to a get together.
