I've read the recipe and it looks very easy to do both on the grill and in the oven. The ingredients are easy to find and easy to prepare. I want to prepare this for the family. I think they will like this dish.

Here in South Africa a pork roast is cheaper when compared to lamb or beef and with a family of 6 to feed we are always on the lookout for budget options. Besides the budget option this is such a good recipe for a pork roast, We marinaded ours for 24 hours and it was melt in the mouth delicious. The balsamic does amazing things to the pork and the combination of all the other flavors was sublime!

Marinating always imparts such flavor and tenderizes the meat. Most pork could benefit from this since it can be a bit dry. This marinade has really good flavor. One thing I would change is saving back some of the marinade if you are going to roast it in the oven. I would use all the marinade on the meat and stick all of it in the oven. The heat from the oven will kill all the bacteria. When you baste it on the grill, it probably would not kill the bacteria so you want to save some back there.

We made a recipe very similar to this one, and it was delicious! I highly recommend.
