  • But before you prepare the perfect pork chop dinner, here are a few facts that you might not know about the pork chop.
  • Pork chops are actually the most popular cut from the pork loin because they offer cooking convenience and a multitude of meal options.
  • There are five different type of chops you can choose from: loin chop (meaty and lean), top loin chop (often called the "America's Cut"), rib chop (contains a rib bone for added flavor), blade chop (thick and marbled) and sirloin chop (cut from the end of the loin and often includes some of the hip bone).
  • When cooking chops, roasts and tenderloins, the USDA recommends cooking the meat to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. This cooking method will help you achieve the most juicy and tender pork possible.

Now that you know more about the meat itself, it's time to cook up some delicious pork chops!  Keep reading to find your new favorite pork chop recipe, whether it's grilled, baked, stuffed, barbecued or just plain tender and juicy!

I think ,if you delete the Pork Chop E-Book from you site ,then everyone trying to view a recipe could get to that site.At least we would not go to the to the infamous pork chop site over and over again.

It cannot be a browser issue on ALL our computers. I cannot even UNSUBSCRIBE because even THAT goes to the pork chops. UNSUBSCRIBE ME!!!!

This has been going on for a LONG time. I last wrote in Oct. of 2011 and it is still not working. Where do I find this 'adware' on my computer? Why is it on ALL of our computers?

What gives with you guys? No matter what recipe I click on in your email , it takes me to an add for your Pork Chop cookbook! I don't want your cookbook. Then I still have to do a search for the recipe I wanted to see. Why are you making this so frustrating? I'm about ready to give up and unsubscribe.

Please fix this page i am missing out on a lot of good receipes . This has been like this for two weeks now fix it please!!!!!!!

I too am getting frustrated with the advertising said craft or recipe and not being able to retrieve it when clicking on it. JennyBee - you asked how we keep getting to this initial epork chop page, again and again. I can only speak for myself, but I get your email that lists what you're spotlighting. Yesterday it was: 50 of the Best Ground Beef Recipes. I "clicked" on the link in the mail and arrived, once again, at the Pork Chop Recipe ebook page. Although I know how to navigate your site so I can find what I'm looking for, I understand everyone's frustration. V/R.........Donna in Ohio.

Hi Everyone, We are currently looking into fixing the problem with being misdirected to this eBook. If any of you could please provide us with a bit of background information, it would be much easier to identify the problem. What links are you clicking on specifically that brings you to this page? Are they from our newsletters, or just from browsing around the site? Any additional information would be much appreciated! Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work on fixing the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, --Editors of RecipeLion

No matter what I click on for the past couple of weeks I get redirected to the Pork Chop recipe. Even just now whenI clicked on the seafood contest. Maureen

@MyFault, Do you remember the names of the patterns that misdirected you here? Please provide us with some more information so that we can better assist you. Thanks, and we apologize for any inconvenience, --Editor of RecipeLion

Doesn't matter what I click on in the emails that you send to me it keeps coming to this pork section. What gives??? Could you please fix this? I would really like to find the recipes that I am clicking on. Thanks, Shar

Love the recipes! What I DO NOT LIKE is that everytime I click from my email for a recipe, it takes me to the free pork ebook. I don't WANT pork......I want the recipe I clicked on. This is very frustrating to me. Otherwise, love the site. Thank you!

Great

i have trouble finding recipes. when I click on one from the emails, i get to a page with pork recipes. How do I get to the menu of the week recipes without searching for them?

@Chef 7319618 - if you're on this particular page, it will take you to the free pork chop recipes eCookbook. That is a downloadable .pdf. We do have over 40,000 recipes on the website, so you should be able to see the others easily.

All I get is pork chop recipes when requesting other dishes. What's up with that?

all I ever can download are pork chops!!

Chef 3097612 - please send an email to customer service, forwarding a copy of the email you received that has this problem, and we will troubleshoot. If you scroll down on this page, just click on the Contact Us link.

I am 3097612. When I receive an email with a list of the recipes available, I click on the recipe I would like a copy of and when the recipe is downloaded, it is always the same pork chop recipes. I do not understand how this is happening. I used to get a lot of recipes to copy, now I continuously get the same pork chop recipes. Help.

@Chef 3097612 How are you asking for a recipe? Are you searching for it on the site?

There must be something wrong because everytime I ask for a particular recipe I continue to get the page with pork chop recipes.

reat recipes, great ideas. love the E-books BUT i WISH YOU WOULD ELIMINATE the comment box that appears on every recipe I copy. It usually takes up a whole sheet of paper and is of no use and it is not needed. There is no reason to have to print it out and it is just a waste of paper when you just want to copy the recipe. Mae E.

@goodstuff - We are working on a more print-friendly option, should be coming soon. We agree, don't want to waste!

I love to collect and try new and old recipes. You do have a nice varity of ideas but I find it very annoying that every time I copy a recipe I also have to "get" the comment box. Is'nt there some way the it could either be eliminated or optionial. It is a waste of paper and space! ps. I just copied the E Book on pork chops. Lots of interesting recipes but again there was a lot of wasted paper and space, some sheets only had one sentence on them......should'nt we go green !

can't wait to try some recipes

great site to look up recipes

Thanks for all these eBooks. Saves on paper, ink and time. I can download onto disc or lipsticks so I can pull you delicious recipes up whenever I need. This such a great idea! I enjoy your emails with ideas and recipes....no matter how long one has been the queen of the kitchen, there are always new ideas and recipes to try.
