My college age daughter would love this recipe. I don't think I've ever seen the Krusteaze Italian Herb Flatbread Mix though in my grocery store. Can anyone recommend a good substitute for this as the crust? I wonder if the Pillsbury pizza crust would work ok? I'll have to experiment with it. I like the idea of the brown sugar and garlic together. It's like a sweet and savory theme. I can't wait to try it out.

This is something I would not have thought of, to be honest. I've had flatbread with cinnamon and sugar and I've had flatbread with cheese and garlic, but combining the brown sugar with the mozzarella and garlic is new to me. I'm curious to try this one out since I'm having a bit of trouble trying to imagine what the taste would be like.
