What a fantastic idea. What I like about this pizza concept is that it is easily transportable.. You can put it in your kids lunchboxes. I'm definitely saving this recipe for that reason. I have never seen ready-made pizza dough in South Africa though. I will have to go and source some. We can buy ready-made bread dough. Could I use that?

Isn't this a stromboli? My husband makes stromboli and puts Italian sausage and pepperoni in it. This looks like an easy weekend meal that kids would like. Sometimes it's nice to create your own pizza or pizza-like meal instead of ordering from a restaurant. This looks yummy, but personally, I prefer Italian sausage to pepperoni, so I might change it up.
