Fudge Pecan Pie
Add a heaping spoonful of cocoa to make your pecan pie even sweeter! Fudge Pecan Pie will top off this year's Thanksgiving turkey very nicely.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 T. cocoa
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 sm. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Instructions
1. Mix together sugar and cocoa. Stir in margarine. Add other ingredients and stir well.
2. Bake in a 9" pie crust at 325 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm.
