I'm always looking for a good side pasta salad to serve when we're having a cook out and this would be a great addition to our next one. Most of my pasta salads involve the use of rotini, so it's nice to have one that makes great use of the shells. I'm really happy to come across this dish and I'm planning on making this very soon.
