I love hot chocolate, especially during the winter months, and this recipe looks like it would make a very rich and delicious drink. There's a little typo in the recipe, though. The phrase Vegetarian Recipes needs to be replaced with the word Vanilla. I like the addition of butter and honey to the recipe since it increases the richness of the hot chocolate. I'd also try garnishing the drink with a bit of dark chocolate shavings in addition to the mini-marshmallows.
