And just when you thought it couldnt get any more posh, fresh whipped cream (I mean the real stuff) infused with pureed fresh fruit and fruit slices take it completely over the top, into the next stratosphere. Its completely sinful and delicious!"

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo Cookies, crushed crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Fudge Topping
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas OR 16-20 strawberries (reserve 1 banana or 8-10 strawberries for garnishing)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl, until smooth.

  2. Add the Nutella and vanilla and mix until well combined.

  3. In another large bowl, whip the whipping cream until medium to stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until well blended.

  5. Spoon the filling, dividing evenly into individual bowls on top of the Oreo crumbles.

  6. Slice 4-6 strawberries or 1 banana and place on top of Nutella Cheesecake forming a circle, fruit can overlap.

  7. Put bowls in fridge.

  8. In another bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  9. Using a blender, puree the remaining strawberries or banana, then fold into whipped cream.

  10. Pipe or spoon the fruit infused whipped cream onto the Nutella cheesecakes and add a slice of fruit on top of the whipped cream.

  11. Cover and put back in fridge for 2 hours at least .

I know you use Nutella in this, but my daughter can't have it. Do you think a chocolate spread would be a good substitute? We love cheesecakes, so I think this version will be a family favorite. I know my kids will love it, but the hubby may be another story since he is not big on sweets.
