Yummy! The chef knows my heart. (because of the shape) This recipe was probably set up around Valentine's day, but any day is a good day for brownies. This is the first time I have heard of cashew powder as well. Where do you buy it?

Cashew powder was a new ingredient to me, too. A bit of Googling indicates a number of manufacturers in India supply it, so I might check out our local Asian market to see if they carry it, or can order it. Would simply grinding cashews finely in a food processor work for this? This looks like a good brownie recipe (and I love brownies) and I'd like to give it a try as written before indulging in some experimentation.

I was not aware there was such a thing as Cashew powder. Just for that alone, once I find it, I will make this melt in your mouth chocolate brownie. I hope it is a tasty as the title leads you to believe.
