I was unaware of cookie butter until just recently when I came across it in another recipe. On a shopping trip to Aldi's I discovered they carry it, so I picked up a jar to try. I think this fudge would be an ideal way to introduce myself to cookie butter. I'd definitely include the walnuts in this and I'm really looking forward to making up some of this in the next day or so.

Granny's Cookie Butter Fudge is absolutely the easiest fudge recipe you will ever make. How can you go wrong with only two ingredients? Of course I went for the "amped" up version and added the chopped walnuts. But, with or without the chopped walnuts you will love the ease and convenience of this delightful recipe.

I love these two ingredient recipes. My time is so limited but I love to cook and bake. If I can find something that I can make in a jiff, I am very happy. This cookie butter fudge looks delicious. I think I am going to make this, I am sure my family is going to love it!

At first, I thought the cookie butter spread had to be a typo...so I had to google it. Much to my surprise cookie butter spread is a legitimate ingredient that I just learned existed and is basically cookies made into a spread. Interesting huh? Adding peanut butter is a great idea Gck...I'd probably throw in some peanuts too in place of the walnuts.

I'd like to make it if I knew what sizes frosting and cookie butter to use.

This recipe looks delicious and oh so simple! I've always wanted to make homemade fudge but have been scared to try because I thought it involved a candy thermometer etc. I never dreamed that with a few simple ingredients I could whip up a batch of fudge! And there's no end to the flavour possibilities - you could swirl in some peanut butter, add in nuts or dried fruit, even candy cane bits for the holidays. Can't wait to try this recipe!
