This zucchini cake recipe was given to me by a childhood friend’s mom. I have delicious memories of eating this cake at their dining room table while in elementary school. My mom made it a few times as well because it was one of my favorite desserts. This Chocolate Zucchini Cake recipe is a delicious alternative to traditional chocolate cake. Chocolate and zucchini may seem like a rather far - fetched combination, and a little bit weird, but I tell you, it works! I put a sprinkling of chocolate chips in every time I make homemade zucchini bread, and everybody loves it. I can't wait to try this cake! I like to use every excuse to sneak more veggies into the kids!
