These cookies are so appealing to the eye and the stomach! I really love brown sugar so the frosting takes these over the top. I agree that you made need to double the frosting recipe. I'd love to use that frosting on cupcakes, donuts, and other treats.

These were very good! I think the brown sugar frosting really made the recipe. I'd make more if it next time so each cookie gets more frosting on top D
