Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
What sounds better for your Christmas dessert this year than homemade Sour Cream Sugar Cookies? It's everything you love about sugar cookies with the added creamy taste of sour cream. They make for a great holiday cookie!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Beat butter, sugar, and eggs together until fluffy.
- Add sour cream and flavoring, then flour mixture.
- Drop some (depending on how big you want your cookies) onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F.
