Too Easy Chicken Salad

This chicken salad recipe goes together so quickly. Make it in the morning and bring it to a picnic to enjoy for a lunch with a friend. Creamy and delicious, it will become one of your new favorite things.

Serves: 2 (1/2 cup each)

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 can (4.5-ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • Mixed salad greens or lettuce
Instructions
  1. Stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, celery, onion and chicken in a small bowl. Serve on salad greens.
