Wow, this recipe is so simple yet looks so full of flavour! I love meals that I can prep ahead for during the week. While this chicken is baking, there's just enough time to cook some veggies and rice or potatoes to serve with it! The flavour combo of the honey, mustard, curry and soy sauce sounds absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try this one! I wonder if it would work in a slow cooker too?
