Yay. Thank you Easy Country Chicken Casserole for being a great tasting, easy to prepare casserole that isn't loaded with cheese. Not that I'm complaining, I love creamy cheesy casseroles, but is is so great to find a casserole recipe that delivers great flavor without all the cheese. Served with a tossed green salad and crispy bread, and you've got a winner for dinner.

A very good dish that everyone in the family will love. I just used whatever fresh vegetables we had and it worked out really well. The sauce is yummy but I did have to ad lib because Pepperidge Farm Herbed Seasoned Stuffing is not available here in South Africa. Fortunately my invented stuffing was fine and the altogether the dish was very tasty indeed.

This recipe sounds so tasty. It is pretty simple to make too. What a nice way to end the day after a hectic afternoon or a lousy morning. It would be great for a Monday night casserole to get everyone back out the door to their soccer games and chess club.
