Too Simple Tuna Casserole

Too Simple Tuna Casserole is a great dish for a busy day. Made in minutes, this budget-friendly dish will be one of your favorites. Crumble chips on top and enjoy this great casserole recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package but leave them a little firm.
     
  3. While noodles are cooking Fry onion with butter in small frying pan add them to noodles after noodles are done.
     
  4. Then add remaning ingredients two cans of tuna breaking it up into little pieces and then add 2 cans of mushroom soup stir, add 1 cup of peas and half of the cheese stir.
     
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste put into casserole dish then add remaning cheese to top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
