This Beefy Creamy Noodle Bake is totally scrumptious. The sauce is divine with the sour cream and cream cheese flavors coming through. The only change we made to the recipe was to add some chopped fresh garlic and chili. We all had seconds and there was not a scrap left in the dish, lol! It is a very satisfying meal too so perfect for the entire family.

I like quick and easy recipes that are delicious. Pasta and cheese casseroles are some of my favorites. To make this dish my own, I would do the following use fresh chopped onions, instead of onion powder, no salt added tomato sauce, lite sour cream, low-fat cottage cheese, and reduced fat cheddar cheese. To have the noodles at the right consistency after baking the casserole, I would drain them while they are still a bit underdone.
