Make ahead breakfast casseroles can be a life saver some mornings, especially when you have a hungry family in front of you. Easy Overnight Casserole is a simple dish that your family will think you spent all morning making. It's that delicious.

Cooking Time: 1 hr 30 min

  • 2 1/2 cups plain croutons
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 pounds pork sausage
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  1. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Brown and drain sausage.
  3. In dish, layer croutons, 1 cup cheese and sausage until all are gone. Beat eggs and 2 1/2 cup milk and pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  5. Just before baking, mix soup and milk and pour over all. Bake 1 1/2 hrs.
