Meatballs are comfort food, and popular with families, especially picky eaters. This recipe should not be any different. When making this, I would use lean ground beef and low sodium Worcestershire sauce. Also, I would make larger sized meatballs. These Swedish meatballs could be served over egg noodles.

I see that 2 teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce is listed twice on recipe, is it supposed to be 2 or 4 teaspoons???

You will use a total of 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. We updated the ingredients list to make it easier to tell which ingredients are for the sauce and which are for the meatballs.

Chef - Good catch, the brown sugar amount is actually supposed to be 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. That's a huge difference! Thanks for commenting! We've adjusted the recipe.

is it possible you meant 2 cups of brown sugar instead of 2 quarts? thanks
