I love finding new recipes for appetizers. This one definitely did not disappoint. We usually have a pretty big get together for New Year's Eve, and once again I am on the search for something new. I did a trial run of these nachos last night, and my family loved them. These were an instant hit for kids and adults. I plan to add these to my regular appetizer list.

Yum! I love nachos and this is a great version of them. I appreciate the construction details that Ashley provides since I've mucked up making nachos before by layering ingredients in what turned out to be the wrong order. And since you're using BBQ sauce on this, it's critical to follow her suggestions so you don't have a soggy mess from the beginning. Thanks for posting this!
