Friendship Cake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups Friendship starter
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light. Add the starter and beat until smooth. Blend the dry ingredients together and then fold into the wet mixture. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake for 40-45 min.
